Yes, and in addition to being bonded and insured our cleaners have all passed a detailed national background check. We don’t hire anyone we wouldn’t trust to clean our own home.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning let us know within 24 hours and we will:

1. Come back to your home and re-clean to your complete satisfaction.
2. Give you a partial credit toward your next cleaning.
3. Give you a partial refund 

You must contact ProTouch Cleaners within 24 hours of receiving your service and the above steps must be followed.

Your account is automatically created when you book your first cleaning! Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go!

Most of the Treasure Valley, including: Boise, Garden City, Eagle, Star, Meridian, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell and Middleton. 

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

ur pricing structure is based on your homes square footage and number bathrooms. Additionally, for special projects we offer hourly rates when less than the whole home needs cleaned. Call us to discuss your options.

ProTouch Cleaners provide all of the cleaning supplies. We use environmentally-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products for the safety and health of both our cleaners and our clients. We can use your products if you would prefer; just let us know and we’ll update the notes on your account.

Cleaning For A Reason

Cleaning for a Reason is a nonprofit organization that serves all the United States and Canada. Their mission is to give the gift of free house cleaning to women undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. Their goal is to let these brave and strong women focus on their health and treatment while Cleaning for a Reason focuses on, and takes away the worry and work of, cleaning their homes– free of charge.

They have recruited over 1,200 maid services to donate free housecleaning to women who are undergoing treatment for cancer. Since 2006, these partner maid services have volunteered their time to clean for over 28,000 women – valued at over $8,000,000.
